At www.fbperfumes.com, you deliver your orders through the company’s fleet. Other delivery companies or individuals may be used during peak times to confirm your service and deliver your orders at a time that suits you.
The delivery method at www.fbperfumes.com is delivery within 3 working days depending on your geographical area, while giving you the option to choose the time that suits you for delivery at any time during the day, week, or even during the month.
You can subscribe to have your selected products delivered periodically (daily, weekly, or monthly).
The item must be ordered at least four hours before the time you wish to obtain it so that the delivery team can provide the item, taking into account the time of order (not to be late) and the working hours of www.fbperfumes.com. In addition, there are goods that require more than this time to prepare and may arrive. One or several days depending on the nature of the product

Your signature will be required on the invoice copy to confirm your receipt of the products as shown on the invoice. The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order, and the signature of any person present at this address is considered your receipt of the order
If we arrive at the registered address and no one is present at this address, please contact customer service to determine another time for delivery. The company will not be responsible for any request that exceeds 15 days from the first date of delivery of the order. Please note that if you are not available at the agreed time for delivery twice, additional fees will be charged for delivery after that.
Delivery fees are 30 UAE dirhams per order (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah,)
Shipping outside the United Arab Emirates
Delivery outside the country depends on the circumstances of the official and national holidays of the country to which it is sent, as it requires 7-10 working days.
Shipping fees are borne by the customer.
The shipping value is determined according to the country in which the customer will be delivered

Free shipping
At www.fbperfumes.com, we provide a free delivery service for orders with a value of more than 500 UAE dirhams for orders within the geographical scope of the United Arab Emirates, or 1000 Saudi riyals, 80 Kuwaiti dinars, or 70 Omani riyals, through the shipping company within the delivery service within 1-3 working days within UAE, or 7-10 working days for Gulf countries

Delivery schedule
We provide a daily delivery service except for Fridays and official holidays in the United Arab Emirates
For orders made within the UAE after 2pm, they will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
